Inclusion Criteria
Patient will be diagnosed as per the diagnostic criteria of PCOS
Diagnosis is based upon the presence of any two of the following three criteria
(ASRM/ESHRE-2018)
1. Oligomenorrhea or anovulation
2. Hyperandrogenism (clinical or biochemical)
3. Polycystic ovaries diagnosed by USG
Exclusion Criteria
Primary amenorrhea
1. Lactational amenorrhea and pregnancy
2. Systemic diseases like HTN, TB, Asthma
3. Hyperprolactinemia
4. Ovarian tumour
5.Uterine synechiae
6.Thyroid disease
