Inclusion Criteria
Literate;
Be between 6 an 24 hours after vaginal delivery or cesarian section;
Agree to participate of study and sign the Statement of Consent.
Exclusion Criteria
Pulmonary disease;
Inability to perform the manovacuometry ;
Hemodynamic instability.
