1. Patients diagnosed with paroxysmal and persistent atrial fibrillation;
2. Patients aged between 18 and 80 years old;
3. Patients undergoing atrial fibrillation radiofrequency catheter ablation;
4. Informed consent can be obtained.
1. Long-standing persistent or permanent atrial fibrillation;
2. Combined with other malignant arrhythmia such as sustained ventricular tachycardia;
3. Blood clots in the heart;
4. NYHA cardiac functional grading >=level III;
5. Other severe cardiac dysfunction, cardiac ion channel diseases, inherited arrhythmogenic diseases and so on;
6. Complicated with other severe diseases (e.g. hepatic and renal dysfunction, malignant tumor);
7. Pregnancy or be allergic to iodine contrast medium.
