- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method A difference in muscle strength gain (torque) is expected between different training protocols of four weeks. The muscle torque will be evaluated by the isokinetic dynamometer Byodex S4. A variation of at least 30% of muscle torque in the pre and post training measurements (ANOVA-time x group) will be considered.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method An increase in the electrical activity of the excitable membranes of the cells of both trained groups is expected, through the algebraic summation of all signals through surface electromyography. It will be statistically evaluating which group has the greatest increase in electrical activity.;A gain difference in functional performance is expected between the different four-week training protocols. The functional performance will be evaluated by the vertical jump test, horizontal jump and triple jump unilateral. The functional performance will be evaluated by the percentage of jump distance gain in centimeters.
