入选标准
- •· Chronic stroke disorder with first onset more than 3 months
- •· Those whose muscle strength of the dorsiflexor dorsiflexor muscle of the paralyzed side corresponds to grades 1 (trace) to 4 (good) of the manual strength test
- •· A person who has an ankle joint stiffness of MAS 2 or less on the paralyzed side and is capable of more than 70% of the normal passive range of motion of the ankle joint
- •· Able to walk 10m independently using a walking aid (Functional Ambulation Classification (FAC) score of 3 or higher)
- •· Appropriate language and cognitive ability to understand and implement the training content (Mini-Mental Status Examination = 24)
- •· Those who agree to the research contents and wish to voluntarily participate in the research
排除标准
- •· Those who have contractures or pain in the lower extremities that may affect training
- •· Those with dementia through clinical diagnosis
- •· Those with a history of musculoskeletal system in the ankle (fracture, amputation, sprain, etc.)
