Purpose:contast agent is routinely given in neuroradiological procedures which can cause kidney injury.n-gal can early detect kidney injury.so we want to measure n-gal after contrast administration in neuroradiological procedure.

Inclusion Criteria
1 Modified Hunt & Hess grade 1 to 4 aneurysmal SAH patients posted for neuroradiological procedures .
Exclusion Criteria
1 Refusal of consent.
2 History of chronic renal disease.
3 Recent contrast exposure (within 5 days).
4 Patients with baseline renal insufficiency(serum creatinine >1.8 mg/dl).

Name Time Method 1.To study pattern of changes in serum NGAL in aneurysmal SAH patients undergoing neuroradiological procedure. <br/ ><br>2.To compare serum creatinine and serum NGAL levels for prediction of CIN in patients with aneurysmal SAH undergoing neuroradiological procedure <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Baseline blood sample for serum NGAL,creatinine,urea will be measured before neuroradiological procedure and then same parameters will be measured 1hr,6hr,24hr and 48hr after giving radiological contrast.
