Inclusion Criteria
women age 45 - 55 years old
BMI at least 25 kg/m2
Willing to be recruited in this research
Exclusion Criteria
had been hysterectomy or bilateral oophorectomy
History of diabetes mellitus
History of hypertension
History of cancer
History of renal impairment
History of abnormal parathyroid gland function
History of malutrition
History of hyperlipidemia with statin users
History of chemotherapy
Taken vitamin D within past 3 months
Taken menopausal hormone therapy within past 1 year
