Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Elderly people over the age of 60 years; elderly people which are not included in a regular physical exercise program
Exclusion Criteria
- •Elderly people who might have any clinical conditions that contraindicate the practice of physical activity; elderly people with cognitive deficits that might limit the performance of assessments and/or interventions (present under 19 points on the Mini Mental State Examination)
