入选标准
- •Plasmodium parasite on peripheral blood smear AND/OR positive rapid diagnostic test
- •One or more of WHO clinical or lab criteria of severe malaria (WHO 2010)
排除标准
- •1. Any serious chronic disease
- •2. History of allergy to quinine/ artemisinins
- •3. Received any blood products, cytotoxic drugs, radiotherapy in last 6 weeks
- •4. Documented history of anti malarial drug in last 24 hours
- •5. Not willing for admission till the end of study period
