- •Neonates born through Meconium stained liquor
排除标准
- •1.Vigorous babies ( defined as having good respiratory effort, HR > 100 and having a good muscle tone)
- •2.Preterm babies( Gestational age < 37 completed weeks)
- •3.Babies diagnosed with life threatening congenital malformations (either prenatally or at birth) â?? see annexure for details
