Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Adult men and women aged 20 or older and under 75 who have been diagnosed with non\-specific low back pain and whose symptoms last more than 12 weeks
- •\- Those with 28 points or more in the central sensitization inventory
- •\- Those who have experienced back pain of 3 or higher on the numeric pain rating scale within the past 7 days
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- Those who have had neck or back surgery within 3 years
- •\- Those diagnosed with mental illness
- •\- Those with rheumatic disease, neurological disease, heart disease, respiratory disease, metabolic disease, endocrine disease
- •\- Those with chronic pain syndromes such as fibromyalgia or chronic fatigue syndrome
- •\- Those with loss of skin sensation
- •\- Those with skin inflammation or swelling on the back
- •\- Those who have taken painkillers for more than 10 days a month or have used oral/systemic steroids
