入排标准
入选标准
- •Women in reproductive age group 18-40years.
- •Body Mass Index (normal18.5-24.9, over weight 25.0-29.9 kg/m2)
- •Chronic AUB having any of these menstrual cycle >34 days or <24 days, duration of flow >8 days <4 day, heavy bleed during cycle, primary
- •dysmenorrhea, oligomenorrhea
- •Pain as measured on VAS equal to or more than 5 at base line.
排除标准
- •Pregnant females, obese females, recent incontinence surgery , neurogenic bladder, diabetic nephropathy, patient with positive urine culture, patients with painful abdominal scarsAbdominal pain due to other reasons in the last 6 months.Other pelvic disorders like PCOD/PCOS
- •Cardiac pacemakers, History of Tuberculosis, Thyroid disorders, Psychological distress in the last 6 months.
