Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Women in reproductive age group 18\-40years.
  • •Body Mass Index (normal18\.5\-24\.9, over weight 25\.0\-29\.9 kg/m2\)
  • •Chronic AUB having any of these menstrual cycle \>34 days or \<24 days, duration of flow \>8 days \<4 day, heavy bleed during cycle, primary
  • •dysmenorrhea, oligomenorrhea
  • •Pain as measured on VAS equal to or more than 5 at base line.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Pregnant females, obese females, recent incontinence surgery , neurogenic bladder, diabetic nephropathy, patient with positive urine culture, patients with painful abdominal scarsAbdominal pain due to other reasons in the last 6 months.Other pelvic disorders like PCOD/PCOS
  • •Cardiac pacemakers, History of Tuberculosis, Thyroid disorders, Psychological distress in the last 6 months.
