Brief Summary

Recent studies has emphasized the reduction of the periimplant mucosa following immediate implant placement with customized titanium healing abutment. Although dimensional reduction of the periimplant mucosa cannot be inhibited during the soft tissue healing, this protocol can achieve appropriate soft tissue management in the clinical aspect. Within the limitations of this study, this research should continue follow up to evaluate periimplant mucosa in the long term.

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

•1\. Age above 18 years, 2\. ASA classification I and II , 3\. Presence of a maxillary or mandibular posterior tooth to be extracted due to it is evaluated for unrestorable tooth, for instance, endodontic failure, caries and vertical root fracture., 4\. Patients who will receive the immediate implant placement

Exclusion Criteria

•1\. Cigarette smoking above 10 cigs/day, 2\. Patients with a history of radiotherapy/chemotherapy, 3\. Patients with a history of taking oral/IV bisphosphonates,4\. Clinical or radiographic signs of periapical pathology contraindicating immediate implant placement
