Inclusion Criteria

primary caregivers of people suffering from Alzheimer's disease, vascular dementia or combined form, who care demented person at home

Exclusion Criteria

caregivers, whose family member suffers from other dementia as mentioned above or other underlying illnesses; caregivers, who suffer from cognitive deficits; residential care

Primary Outcome Measures

improvement of communication between caregiver and person with dementia will be surveyed after training by using guided interviews

Secondary Outcome Measures
