Inclusion Criteria
Insomnia and depression
Ability to participate in therapy sessions
At least diploma education
age between 20 and 65 years
Stay in Tehran
Full consciousness and able to speak Persian
Physical and mental preparation is necessary to answer the questions
not having a specific mental illness before treatment (based on the patient's report)
Exclusion Criteria
Subject's unwillingness to participate or continue participating in research
Getting malignancies
Having autoimmune disorders
Facing specific psychological crises during the stages of work
Doing other psychological treatments
Need to be re-hospitalized
