- •Presence of Hyperlordosis
- •Anterior pelvic tilt > 13 degrees
- •Presence of trigger points in thoracolumbar fascia having 2 and 3 grades of tenderness.
- •Individuals willing to participate in the study.
排除标准
- •Severe varicose veins
- •Radiculopathy or Sciatica
- •Spinal tumor and infections
- •Implants, pacemaker, hearing aids
- •History of abdominal surgeries in past 3 months
