1)Participants fulfilling ATLAS model(Assessment and Treatment of Leg Pain Associated
with the Spine) a scoring tool predicting Sciatica diagnosis in low back-related leg pain
2) Participants of age group 20-60 years irrespective of gender
3) With a positive SLR test
1) Patients with recent history of major trauma or fracture.
2) Patients with other known metabolic, systemic comorbidities and serious mental illness,
lumbar spine fracture
3) Patients contraindicated for Vyadhana
4) Diagnosed cases of Congenital spinal abnormalities, chronic joint disorders, Bone cancer, Spine Tb, paraplegia
5) Chronic IVDP cases treated with surgery.
6) Pregnant women, lactating women.
7) Participants having completed any other trial within 6 months.
