Brief Summary

When CSF leakage site is unclear, cervical EBP is as effective as targeted EBP. Therefore, cervical EBP is appropriate for SIH with unclear CSF leakage.

Inclusion Criteria

We retrospectively evaluated the electronic medical records of patients who underwent EBPs for SIH, from 2010 to 2019, in a single hospital. The patients were referred from the neurology department for EBP after conservative treatment

Exclusion Criteria

Cases of intracranial hypotension due to lumbar puncture, head or spine injury, or preceding disease such as surgery or medical disease are excluded from the study. Cases in which epidural blood suturing was performed improperly or complications occurred due to the procedure were excluded from the study
