Inclusion Criteria
healthy volunteers between 18 and 30 years of age,
BMI <30 kg/km2,
non-smoker,
written informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
smokers,
disorders affecting nutrient absorption, digestion, metabolism, and excretion,
chronic disorders e.g. hepatitis B and C, diabetes mellitus,
acute infections,
other disorders in the past 3 months,
intolerance to acetaminophen,
contraceptive,
pregnant and lactating women
