i. Parents of preschool children aged 6 years old
ii. Government and non- government preschools in Alor Gajah
-parents of children who are cared in nurseries or day care centres
-parents of preschool children who study in preschools, which are not under the same administration with any elementary schools. This is to avoid history effect that will act as the threat to the internal validity of the study, if there are other interventions that will be conducted by the school administration in parallel with this intervention
-preschools which have received any hand hygiene interventions other than standard care in the past 1 year
-parents who are illiterate in Malay and English language.
