Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •pregnant womanwith cesarean section indication
  • •age between 18 and 40
  • •consent to participate in the study
  • •ASA class 1,ASA class 2
  • •no history of heart disease

Exclusion Criteria

  • •patient dissatisfaction
  • •numbness above T4
  • •HTN before pregnancy ,preeclampsia,eclampsia
  • •drug allergy
  • •a bleeding process that leads to generalization of the patient
