Patients of both sexes. Aged 18 years or more. With the medical diagnosis of heart failure with systolic dysfunction ejection fraction greater than or equal to 49% by the echocardiogram. Admitted for clinical decompensation related to changes of vital parameters and laboratory tests and/or image.
With cognitive deficit assessed by mine mental State examination. Without the possibility of telephone contact. Functional Class 4 by NYHA. With visual, auditory deficit and impaired mobility. And those who are participating in another research.
