- •Elderly people who were over 65 but under 85 years of age
- •- Those who were diagnosed with essential hypertension
- •- Those with clear consciousness (candidates who scored less than 9 points on the Mini-Mental State Examination-Dementia Screening—MMSE-DS)
- •- Those who have not experienced applying auricular acupressure
排除标准
- •- Those who had lesions or tape reactions in both ears
- •- Those who were receiving other complementary and alternative therapies (aromatherapy, hand acupuncture, etc.)
- •- Those who were taking medicinal sleep aids
