Exclusion Criteria

Any patients with systemic diseases (systemic lupus erythematosus, diabetes mellitus, the Henoch-Schönlein purpura and liver cirrhosis, etc.) and prior immunosuppressive therapy were excluded by clinical history, physical examination, and laboratory test results.
