Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Patients undergoing extremity revascularization for ischemia with incision made in the groin.
  • 1\) Age 18\-80 years
  • 2\) Willing to give consent for participating in the RCT.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Patients where Redo exposure is done.
  • Patients who expired following procedure.
