入选标准
- •a)Pregnant women (gestational age > 22 weeks) with a diagnosed HELLP syndrome.
- •b)Class 1 and class 2 HELLP.
排除标准
- •1.Gestational age < 22 weeks,
- •2.Class 3 HELLP
- •3. Diabetes Mellitus.
- •4.Women who had recent (within 7 days) corticosteroid therapy for fetal lung maturation or for maternal morbidity.
- •5.Chronic use of corticosteroids.
- •6.Chronic diseases that alter laboratory parameters of HELLP Syndrome, such as chronic liver disease or purpura.
- •7.Patients unable to consent (coma or critical clinical condition)
