1. Navy officers and men aged 18-35 in active service;
2. Subjects who met the clinical diagnostic criteria of chronic low back pain had a course of more than 3 months;
3. Subjects with no obvious abnormality in lumbosacral CT and X-ray examination.
1. Patients with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or other serious medical diseases;
2. Patients with spinal tumor, intervertebral disc herniation, ankylosing spondylitis and rheumatoid arthritis; History of spine, pelvis, sacroiliac joint, knee joint trauma, deformity or surgery;
3. Subjects who had received low back pain treatment within one week before the trial;
4. Subjects who need to participate in special training and work during treatment and can not receive treatment on time;
5. Subjects who refused the experiment or treatment for personal reasons;
6. Subjects with chronic low back pain less than 3 months after joining the army or before joining the army.
