- AST or ALT level > 50 IU/L
Exclusion Criteria
- Viral hepatitis
- Alcoholic hepatitis
- Autoimmune hepatitis
- Pancreatitis
- Hemochromatosis
- Wilson's disease
- Drug induced liver injury
- Cancer
