ASA class 1,2,3 patients undergoing trauma surgery under general anesthesia
Patients with informed consent
30 minutes to 5 hours of surgery based on anesthesia time
Age: 20 to 79
Patients who are conscious enough to answer the NRS
ASA class 4 or higher
Patients who did not give prior consent to the study
Surgery with anesthesia time less than 30 minutes or more than 5 hours expected
Patients who had already had mechanical ventilation through the tracheal tube before anesthesia induction
Kidney dysfunction
Neuromuscular diseases (such as myasthenia patients), opioid or analgesic abuse, history of taking previous calcium antagonists
Hypermagnesemia patients
Atrioventricular block
