入选标准
- •PCOS women with anovulatory infertility (Phenotype A,B and D) diagnosed according to Rotterdam criteria
- •Age 19-38 years
- •At least one patent tube documented on either HSG/laparoscopy
- •AMH levels >6ng/ml
- •No follicular response to Letrozole 5mg+75IU HMG till day 14
- •BMI <=35kg/m2
排除标准
- •1.AMH <= 6 ng /dl
- •2.BMI > 35 kg/m2
- •3.Moderate to severe male factor infertility
- •4.Endometriosis.
