Inclusion Criteria
•PCOS women with anovulatory infertility (Phenotype A,B and D) diagnosed according to Rotterdam criteria
•Age 19-38 years
•At least one patent tube documented on either HSG/laparoscopy
•AMH levels >6ng/ml
•No follicular response to Letrozole 5mg+75IU HMG till day 14
•BMI <=35kg/m2
Exclusion Criteria
1.AMH <= 6 ng /dl
2.BMI > 35 kg/m2
3.Moderate to severe male factor infertility
4.Endometriosis.
