1. Breast cancer was diagnosed by mammogram followed by biopsy carried out by professional pathologists.
2. Patients were categorized by TNM (tumor size, no. of nodes & metastasis) classification at presentation.
3. Patients willing to give consent and agreed to obtain judicial affidavit from the court of law and signed informed consent form were included in the study.
1. Institutionalized patients,
2. History of diabetes mellitus,
3. Systemic hypertension,
4. Severe infections,
5. Life-threatening cardiovascular diseases,
6. Cerebrovascular conditions,
7. Bundle branch block or left-ventricular hypertrophy as shown in EKG.
