Inclusion Criteria
65 or older
- Patients within 120 days of hip fracture surgery
- Patients currently hospitalized (The experimental group is discharged to the home and the control group is discharged to the home or nursing home)
Exclusion Criteria
- A person who has limited lung function or a neurology, chiropractic or unstable cardiovascular condition
- Subjects with a pathological fracture
- Subjects with other progressive diseases
