1. injury severity score > 15
2. Enteral Feeding via NG or OG tube
1. Underlying disease scleroderma , Polymyositis ,SLE , progressive muscular dystrophy ,Amyloidosis , Zollinger-Ellison syndrome
2.Poor control diabetes mellitus
3. Poor control thyroid disease
4.History of gastric surgery
5. Clinical Gastrointestinal Obstruction
6. Abnormal digestive tract
7.Infection
8.End of life patient.
9. Recieved prokinetic drugs within 3 days
10.On anticoagulants or antiplatelets
11.History of gallstone
12.Pregnancy
13.Fluid restricted patients
14.Coagulopathy
17.Ginger allergy
18.Unconscious patient
