Inclusion Criteria

All patients aged between 18 and 74 years who are admitted to the Governador Celso Ramos Hospital with a clavicle fracture and indication for surgical approach will be included in the study.

Exclusion Criteria

Patients who refuse to participate and patients with a body mass index greater than 40 kg / m2 will be excluded from the study

We hope to find better analgesia on the verbal pain scale in the group that combines the superficial cervical plexus block plus clavipectoral block.
