Inclusion Criteria
Women age 21-65 year with histological diagnosis of CIN 1 who attending colposcopic clinic at chulalongkorn hospital
PAP and cervical tissue biopsy were examined and determined by pathologists in chulalongkorn hospital
Exclusion Criteria
History of cervical cancer
Previous hysterectomy
Previous radiation
Prior CIN 1 diagnosis or treatment with laser ablation or cryotherapy within 12 month
