Inclusion Criteria
1. Age 18- 60 years
2. Either sex
3. Patients with classical features of Trik Grah.
4. Diagnosed case of Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS).
5. Patients fit for Basti
Exclusion Criteria
1. Sciatica
2. Tuberculosis (Tubercular sacroiliitis, Potts Spine etc.)
3. Pregnancy & lactating mothers.
4. Patients who are unfit for Basti karma.
5. Any major systemic disorder like Chronic Renal Failure, Liver Cirrhosis & Carcinoma.
6. Coronary Artery Disease, Diabetes, etc.
