- •Not having acute and chronic illnesses
- •Having a bachelor's degree and higher education
- •Employment in the intensive care unit full time at least 3 months
- •Provide direct patient care
- •Interested in participating in the study
- •Possibility to participate in training classes
Exclusion Criteria
- •Not having a willingness to participate during the study
- •Not having possibility to participate in training classes during the study
