Not having acute and chronic illnesses
Having a bachelor's degree and higher education
Employment in the intensive care unit full time at least 3 months
Provide direct patient care
Interested in participating in the study
Possibility to participate in training classes

Not having a willingness to participate during the study
Not having possibility to participate in training classes during the study
