Inclusion Criteria
Total intravenous anesthesia with propofol and remifentanil
Adults more than 70 years of age
American Society of Anesthesiology Classification I, II, III
Exclusion Criteria
Highly obese patients with 35 or higher BMI
Aortic valve dysfunction
Forehead skin condition not suitable for attaching Cerebral Oxygen saturation monitoring
