- Observational
入排标准
入选标准
- •1) Newly diagnosed patients
- •2) Chest pain lasting more than 30 min or patients having symptoms of
- •angina equivalents
- •3) ECG showing ST elevation >1 mm in at least two contiguous leads in
- •limb leads and >2 mm in chest leads i.e STEMI
- •4) Patients with confirmed enzymatic changes
- •5) Patients suitable for angiography having no contraindications to the
- •administration of iodinated contrast.
排除标准
- •1) Those with history of MI defined by established pathological Qwaves
- •2) Patients with signs of reperfusion by negative or biphasic Twaves will
- •be excluded
- •3) Previous angioplasty of coronary vessels
- •4) Prior coronary artery bypass graft surgery
- •5) Presence of right or left bundle branch block
- •6) Left ventricular hypertrophy, Cardiomyopathy.
- •7) Patients with severe valvular heart disease other than ischemic mitral
- •regurgitation and congenital cardiac anomaly
- •8) Patients with implanted pacemakers or valve prostheses
- •9) Patients with history of intake of drugs causing CB such as clonidine,
- •methyldopa, verapamil, and digoxin.
