Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Nulliparous gravida with a singleton pregnancy, term gestation, cephalic presentation, in the active first stage of labour
- •2\. Cervical dilatation \> 3com and \<5cm
- •4\. Height \>145cm
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Unwilling patients
- •2\. Multi gravida
- •3\. Medical disorders and pregnancy associated disorders with ASA III and IV
- •4\. Spine abnormalities and local skin infections
- •5\. Coagulopathies
- •7\. Preterm gestation
- •8\. Non\-reassuring NST
- •9\. Preeclampsia
- •10\. Multiple gestations
- •11\. Breech presentation
