Inclusion Criteria
- •At term presenting in early labour.
- •Singleton pregnancy with vertex presentation
Exclusion Criteria
- •1.pre-eclampsia
- •2.preterm labour
- •3.previous caesarian
- •4. Abnormal lie
- •5.gestational DM,
- •8.Anomalous baby
- •9.twin pregnancy
- •10.Bleeding disorders
- •11. Any contraindication to neuraxial blockage
- •12. Presenting in advanced stage of labour.
- •Or any other maternal or foetal co-morbidities.
