- •PATIENTS WITH INITIAL CORE BODY TEMPERATURE 36.5- 37.5C
- •ASA STATUS II PATIENTS
- •PATIENTS WITH STABLE HEMODYNAMICS
排除标准
- •1.Patients who had any contraindications to spinal anaesthesia.
- •2.Patients with known hypersensitivity to dexmedetomidine or tramadol.
- •3.Patients with h/o cardio-pulmonary disease, renal or hepatic disease, thyroid disease.
- •4.Patients with psychiatric disorder, h/o convulsions, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus or hypertension.
- •5.Hemodynamically unstable patients.
- •6.History of any substance abuse.
