Inclusion Criteria
Inclusion Criteria: residence in the city of Ahvaz; at least 6 months before they are diagnosed; Diabetic foot ulcer of grade 2 or higher based on criteria approved by Wegener and routine specialist clinics except Diabetes Center; have not received any training; No history of psychiatric disorders, the lack of medications affecting psych; No underlying disease, such as uncontrolled high blood pressure 90/160 mm Hg with medicine, cardiology and peripheral vascular disorders, having a literate
Exclusion criteria, not participate in any training sessions; hospitalization during the study.
