.patients with ASA-PS 1or2 scheduled for elective cesarean section
.Patients with BMI<35kg/m2
.Patients who agree with CSEA
.Patients with written informed consent after enough description
.patients who undergo an emergency cesarean section
.patients who undergo C-sec under spinal anesthesia only or general anesthesia
.contraindicated cases for spinal anesthesia and epidual anesthesia:abnormalities of the coagulation system, anticoagulants and anti-platelet drugs medication
.patients with BMI over 35kg/m2
.patients who have neurological abnormalities on lower extremities
.patients who have abnormalities of spine
.Patients who are not appropriate to participate in the trial
