Inclusion Criteria

Patients with verified renal HPT after MIVAP or after conventional parathyroidectomy.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Patients with incomplete data collection.
2. Patients who refuse our survey or who cannot be found for the survey.

Primary Outcome Measures

1) Duration of the procedure (minutes);<br>2) Duration of the postoperative inpatient stay (days);<br>3) Intra- and postoperative complications (recurrent palsy, postoperative hypoparathyroidism, bleeding, persistent hyperparathyroidism, other complications);<br>4) Percentage decrease in parathyroid hormone level (PTH) after the operation (PTH after the operation / PHT before the operation as a proportion).<br><br>This data will be extracted from the hospital information system (HIS) of the respective clinic.
Secondary Outcome Measures

1) Conversion rate (only for MIVAP);<br>2) Scar length (in cm);<br>3) Cosmetic satisfaction (total points according to POSAS scale version 2.0);<br>4) Assessment of the quality of life (questionnaires on the health status SF-12 will be evaluated using the evaluation sheet SF-12 from Testzentrale Hogrefe Verlag GmbH and 2 values will be determined for each respondent: physical sum scale (KSK) and psychological sum scale (PSK);<br>5) Late recurrences and re-operations (as yes / no data);<br>6) Extent of the procedure (only parathyroidectomy, simultaneous with replantation of the parathyroid glands, simultaneous with thyroid resection);<br>7) Number of parathyroid glands removed;<br><br>The data from points 1, 2, 6, 7 will be extracted from the hospital information system (HIS) of the respective clinic.<br><br>The data from points 3, 4, 5 will be determined during the postal / telephone survey of the patients.
