入选标准
- •Elderly patients over 65 years of age who are scheduled to undergo total knee arthroplasty under general anesthesia
排除标准
- •(1) Age 64 or younger
- •(2) Allergic to remimazolam or sevoflurane or use is contraindicated
- •(3) Undergoing dialysis due to preoperative renal failure
- •(4) Revision total knee arthroplasty
- •(5) Second surgery if surgery is scheduled for both knees in a single administration
- •(6) When both knees are operated at the same time
- •(7) In case of American Society of Anesthesiologists classification IV or higher
- •(8) In case of severe obesity with a body mass index of 35 kg/m^2 or more
