Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Elderly patients over 65 years of age who are scheduled to undergo total knee arthroplasty under general anesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
- •(1\) Age 64 or younger
- •(2\) Allergic to remimazolam or sevoflurane or use is contraindicated
- •(3\) Undergoing dialysis due to preoperative renal failure
- •(4\) Revision total knee arthroplasty
- •(5\) Second surgery if surgery is scheduled for both knees in a single administration
- •(6\) When both knees are operated at the same time
- •(7\) In case of American Society of Anesthesiologists classification IV or higher
- •(8\) In case of severe obesity with a body mass index of 35 kg/m^2 or more
