Elderly patients over 65 years of age who are scheduled to undergo total knee arthroplasty under general anesthesia
(1) Age 64 or younger
(2) Allergic to remimazolam or sevoflurane or use is contraindicated
(3) Undergoing dialysis due to preoperative renal failure
(4) Revision total knee arthroplasty
(5) Second surgery if surgery is scheduled for both knees in a single administration
(6) When both knees are operated at the same time
(7) In case of American Society of Anesthesiologists classification IV or higher
(8) In case of severe obesity with a body mass index of 35 kg/m^2 or more
