Inclusion Criteria

Constant users of oral anticoagulants; Patients who require at least one extraction; Patients with INR on the procedure between 1.5 and 4.0.

Exclusion Criteria

Patients who use medications that affect liver function or have any effect, either directly or indirectly in hemostasis; Patients with previous severe episodes of thromboembolism; Patients with liver diseases known; Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding; Patients with congenital haemostatic abnormalities.
