- •ASA physical status I or II,18\-50 aged candidates for endoscopic sinus surgery under general anesthesia
- •Exclusion criteria:Coagulation disorder,history of hypertension,CVA,deep venous thrombosis,coronary artery disease,pulmonary emboli,and peripheral vascular disease.
