The participants must be in unemployed (> 1 year), must have access to a smartphone (Android version 6.0 or iPhone 5 or higher), and speak fluently german (minimal level: B2).
Exclusion Criteria
Participants, which do not meet the inclusion criteria.

Name Time Method Primarily, the effectiveness of the digital intervention will be assessed by questionnaires at baseline (T0), after 9-weeks (T1) and after a 3-month follow-up period (T2). The questionnaire includes 94 questions on dietary and physical activity behavior, technology use, and demographic background.
