Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •at least 18 years old
  • •\- able to use the app
  • •\- MTS category 3 to 5
  • •\- arrived at the emergency department independently (without an ambulance)

Exclusion Criteria

  • •\- Aged under 18 years
  • •\- Psychological limitations that prevent an understanding of the questionnaire, the study
  • •\- Physical limitations that do not allow the use of and response to the chatbot Ada
  • •(e.g. blindness, missing/restricted finger motor function).
  • •\- Medically urgent indication for treatment, Manchester Triage Orange/Red.
  • •\- Refusal to participate in the study
  • •\- Lack of capacity to consent
