- •at least 18 years old
- •- able to use the app
- •- MTS category 3 to 5
- •- arrived at the emergency department independently (without an ambulance)
排除标准
- •- Aged under 18 years
- •- Psychological limitations that prevent an understanding of the questionnaire, the study
- •- Physical limitations that do not allow the use of and response to the chatbot Ada
- •(e.g. blindness, missing/restricted finger motor function).
- •- Medically urgent indication for treatment, Manchester Triage Orange/Red.
- •- Refusal to participate in the study
- •- Lack of capacity to consent
